All orders are delivered within 24-36 hours. With that in mind, we are here to help. Please know that you can contact us in regards to last minute deliveries anytime.

All floor equipment sold (i.e. high speed floor machines, vacuums, carpet extractors, air blowers, etc…), will be thoroughly explained and demonstrated to you prior to sale. After the sale, your equipment includes a 1-5 year warranty on parts and labor. Should your machine break down after your 1-5 year warranty period has expired, we will provide you with a loaner machine as well as with an estimate of the work to be performed.

We do in house training on all of the products that we sell. 90-95% of maintenance costs are related to labor with only 5-10% related to actual supplies and equipment. We will train your maintenance staff right the first time in order to reduce you total maintenance costs.

We have conducted over 150 Hazardous Communications Seminars for our customers. Our highly trained sales team can provide you with up-to-date OSHA training so that you are always in compliance. In addition, we offer all of our customers a full film library free of charge. Films encompass a wide variety of topics including but not limited to: back safety, forklift safety, material handling, hazardous communications, slips, trips and falls, violence in the work place, inhalation and resuscitation, ladder safety, basic restroom sanitation and carpet care.

We help our customers to become eco-aware by providing smarter light choices for a brighter tomorrow. We work very closely with PG&E and their rebate program in order to provide our customers with energy efficient lighting at a minimal cost, thus helping to reduce energy costs and the release of greenhouse gasses. In addition to lighting, we offer high quality paper products that comply with the US Green Building Council's LEED program (Leadership and Energy in Environmental Design) as well as cleaning chemicals that comply with Green Seal Certification Standards.

Lastly we provide a light bulb recycling program as an additional service to our customers. Our sales representatives are very knowledgeable in this area and can help assist your company in understanding which lamps to recycle. We sell recycling boxes (both 4ft and 8ft) as well as recycling pails for spent lamp, ballast and battery storage.
